Peel the bananas and slice them into uniform thin rounds—aim for about 1/8 inch thick for even cooking.
Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C) and consider lightly spraying the basket with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix together the coconut sugar (or brown sugar) with the ground cinnamon and set aside.
