  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Can substitute with whole wheat flour for a healthier option.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4x8 inch loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with the mashed bananas until well mixed.
  • Stir in the honey and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  • Add the baking soda and salt, mixing them in thoroughly.
  • Carefully fold in the flour until just incorporated, being careful not to overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool before slicing and enjoying.

Notes
