Pulled Pork Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork shoulder Boneless
  • 1 cup Teriyaki sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • to taste Simple spices Such as salt and pepper

Salmon Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets Skin on or off
  • 1/2 cup Crushed pecans For the crust
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup For sweetness

Burrito Ingredients

  • 2 cups Seasoned chicken Cooked and shredded
  • 4 pieces Chapati wraps Or tortillas

Instructions

Smoothie Preparation

  • Blend spinach, banana, almond milk, and Greek yogurt until smooth.

Baked Chicken Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Marinate chicken breasts in lemon juice, garlic, and herbs for at least 30 minutes.
  • Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

Pulled Pork Preparation

  • Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker and add teriyaki sauce and spices.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
  • Shred the pork using two forks.

Salmon Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Coat salmon fillets with crushed pecans and maple syrup.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.

Burrito Assembly

  • Place seasoned chicken in the center of each chapati wrap.
