1 ¾cupswhole milk
4teaspoonspowdered gelatine
⅔cupcaster sugar
1 ¾cupsthickened (heavy) cream
Pinchsalt
1/2cupstrong coffee
3/4cupstrong coffee
2tablespoonscaster sugar

How to Make Coffee Panna Cotta with Easy Coffee Syrup
Pour cold milk into a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatine evenly. Let it sit to soften. Dissolve gelatine over low heat, then add sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat, add cream and salt, mix well. Divide mixture, add coffee to one portion, pour into serving glasses and refrigerate. Melt reserved mixture, pour over set panna cotta, refrigerate further.
Simmer coffee and sugar in a saucepan until thickened, syrupy. Chill syrup, then pour over panna cotta before serving.
Notes
For a stronger coffee flavor, you can increase the amount of coffee in the recipe.
