For Frying

Instructions
Preparation
In a bowl, combine cake flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and desiccated coconut.
In another bowl, beat the egg and mix in the melted butter.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into strips.
Cooking
Twist the strips and deep fry until golden brown.
Let cool and serve with condensed milk drizzled on top.
