Instructions
Preparation
In a blender, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and milk.
Blend until smooth.
Add the cornstarch and blend again until well mixed.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Remove from heat and let it cool before using.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Freeze in individual portions for longer storage.
