  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Adjust to taste.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flattening them to form chips.
  • Spray lightly with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chips are crispy and golden.
