Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flattening them to form chips.
Spray lightly with olive oil.
