Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, egg, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a flat disc, creating a hole in the middle to resemble a bagel.
  • Place the formed flagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
