  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped Can use other leafy greens if preferred.
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • Optional: herbs or spices (like dill or paprika) Add for extra flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, chopped spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, and sliced cucumbers. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs or spices.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cottage cheese mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • For added security, you can slice the wraps in half or secure them with toothpicks.

Notes

Store wraps tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or foil up to 3 days in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze without fresh vegetables. Customize fillings with proteins or creamy ingredients like avocado.
