  • 2 pieces Chicken breast Boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add unsalted butter and melt it.
  • Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook until it turns golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked through.
  • Mix in a generous splash of lemon juice, stirring to combine.
  • Toss the cooked linguine in the skillet with the chicken and garlic butter mixture until everything is well coated.

Notes

Best served immediately while hot. Pair with a green salad and white wine. Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, or basil before serving. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
