  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • ½ cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray For coating chicken
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional) For garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil for easy cleanup.
  • In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheddar. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly coat the chicken with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Spoon and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken tender.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon bits on top.

Baking

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the toppings are golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

These tenders can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results. Experiment with different types of cheese or add vegetables for added nutrition.
