1cupshredded cheddar cheese, divided
½cupcooked bacon bits

Preparation
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil for easy cleanup.
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheddar. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly coat the chicken with olive oil or cooking spray.
Spoon and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken tender.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon bits on top.
Baking
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the toppings are golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions before serving.
