  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 8 small tortillas

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Mix until well combined.
  • Place a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll them tightly.

Baking

  • Place the taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spray the tops with cooking spray or lightly brush with oil.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve warm with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.

Notes

Make ahead: Prepare the filling in advance. Don't overfill to prevent bursting. For extra crispy taquitos, ensure they aren't touching while baking.
