  • 4 oz cream cheese For creaminess
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Adds creaminess and tang
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For flavor
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil For cooking beef
  • Chopped parsley for garnish Optional, for freshness

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, ensuring to drain any excess fat afterward.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Lower the heat and add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and Parmesan cheese. Stir everything together until well combined and creamy.
  • Gently mix in the cooked pasta, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze in freezer-safe containers for up to 2 months. To reheat, add a splash of milk or water to return creaminess.
