  • 16 ounces refried beans

Creamy Sauce

  • 10.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup sour cream

Other Ingredients

  • 10 large flour tortillas, halved
  • 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime

How to Make Creamy Burrito Casserole

  • Cook ground beef and onion, then add refried beans, taco seasoning, lime juice, and cilantro. Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream in a bowl.
  • Layer creamy sauce, tortillas, beef mixture, and cheese in the baking dish. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes until heated through. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to top with sliced jalapeños for an extra kick.
