Instructions

Cooking the Pasta and Beef

  • In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In the same pot, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the butter and minced garlic to the pot and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Making the Sauce

  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combining and Serving

  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes
