Preparation
Prepare the lemon pudding mix according to package instructions using milk. Let it chill in the refrigerator.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Layering
In a large trifle dish or bowl, layer half of the lemon pudding, followed by half of the lemon curd, and half of the crushed meringue cookies.
Repeat the layers with the remaining lemon pudding, lemon curd, and meringue cookies.
