Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

Seafood Filling

  • 1 cup Lobster meat
  • 1 cup Crab meat
  • 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1.5 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Other Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Jumbo pasta shells Cook according to package instructions
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped Plus extra for garnish
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 cups Cheese sauce Store-bought or homemade

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, crab meat, shrimp, ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella. Add sautéed onion and garlic, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Stuff each cooked shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  • Pour the cheese sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and pair with a simple green salad and a glass of white wine. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
