Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, crab meat, shrimp, ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella. Add sautéed onion and garlic, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stuff each cooked shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
Pour the cheese sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and pair with a simple green salad and a glass of white wine. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
