Ingredients

For the cauliflower bites

  • 1 head head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until they are thoroughly coated.
  • In another bowl, combine the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the cauliflower and mix well, ensuring each floret is coated in the crunchy mixture.
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Make sure to cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets for even cooking and don't skip flipping halfway through baking to ensure uniform crispiness. You can add your favorite spices or herbs for a personalized touch.
