  • 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 60 milliliters ranch dressing

Preparation

  • Prepare the frozen chicken tenders as directed on their packaging until thoroughly cooked and golden crisp.
  • Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side, or microwave for 10–15 seconds until soft and flexible.
  • Cut the cooked chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.

Assembly

  • Lay each tortilla flat. Evenly spread the shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and sliced chicken along the center of each tortilla.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing over the fillings in each tortilla.
  • Fold both sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly into a compact wrap.

Serving

  • Serve immediately, or wrap in foil for portability.
