How to Make Crispy Oven Fried Zucchini Chips

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Trim the ends off the zucchini and slice them into 1/4 to 1/2-inch coins. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
