Preparation

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in the Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well to combine.
  • Add the cooked rice and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring everything together.
  • Cook on low heat for about 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
