Instructions
Preparation
In a bowl, marinate the diced chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Cooking
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until it starts to brown.
Add sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking until soft.
Stir in garlic, ginger, and chili paste, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Add sugar and salt to taste, mixing well.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust the amount of chili paste for spice preference. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
