1/2cupsalted butter, melted

24ouncescream cheese, room temperature

9tablespoonsall-purpose flour, divided
1cupsour cream
2tablespoonsvanilla extract

116 oz canBetty Crocker Rainbow Chip Frosting
1cupmini nilla wafers, divided
Blue Buttercream Frosting
1/2cupbutter, room temperature
2cupspowdered sugar
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1-2tablespoonscream or water
Blue gel icing color
Instructions
Making the Cheesecake
Prepare the cheesecake base by mixing vanilla wafer crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and sprinkles. Press into the base of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, flour, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in sprinkles and pour batter into the prepared pan.
Decorating the Cheesecake
Bake the cheesecake and allow it to cool. Prepare the blue buttercream and spread some rainbow chip frosting on top of the cheesecake.
Pipe the blue frosting around the edges. Decorate with additional sprinkles and Dunkaroo cookies.
