135gramsbrown sugar
1/2teaspoonbaking powder

Zest of 1large orangeorange, finely grated
95gramswhole almonds
2largeeggs

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F) standard or 160 C (320 F) fan-forced. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, orange zest, and almonds. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
