  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use less cheese for a lighter version.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine after sautéing the garlic. For a little kick, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes while cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
