Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well; let simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
Serve over pasta, rice, or quinoa. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on low heat.
