  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir well; let simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Serve over pasta, rice, or quinoa. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on low heat.
