Cake Batter

1/2cupbutter (melted)
1cupflour
4eggs
Filling and Topping
1packagecream cheese (softened)
2boxesVanilla Instant Pudding
2cupsheavy whipping cream
1cupCoffeemate (Italian Sweet Cream creamer)
1containerCool Whip
Chocolate Syrup (to drizzle)
Instructions
Making the Cake
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a saucepan, melt butter in water, then remove from heat and stir in flour. Add eggs one at a time and blend well. Spread the dough in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Filling and Assembly
Mix cream cheese, pudding, cream, and creamer until thick. Chill in the refrigerator.
Pour the filling over the cooled crust. Top with Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Chill before serving.
Notes
