Ingredients
  

Cake Batter

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs

Filling and Topping

  • 1 package cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 boxes Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Coffeemate (Italian Sweet Cream creamer)
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • Chocolate Syrup (to drizzle)

Instructions
 

Making the Cake

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter in water, then remove from heat and stir in flour. Add eggs one at a time and blend well. Spread the dough in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Filling and Assembly

  • Mix cream cheese, pudding, cream, and creamer until thick. Chill in the refrigerator.
  • Pour the filling over the cooled crust. Top with Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Chill before serving.

Notes

For a richer taste, use dark chocolate syrup. You can also add sliced almonds for extra crunch.
