Cooking Preparation
In a skillet, brown the ground turkey or chicken over medium heat, then transfer to the slow cooker or Instant Pot.
Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, chicken broth, onions, bell peppers, and garlic.

For the crock pot, set on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. For the Instant Pot, seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
