  • 1/2 C Egg Whites Can substitute with flax eggs or applesauce.
  • 1/2 C Milk (cashew milk) Any milk of choice can be used.
  • 1 t Baking powder Optional for fluffiness.
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 1 t Vanilla For added flavor.
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

Preparation

  • Start by blending the oats first if you prefer a smoother texture.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients until well combined.
  • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  • Pour in the pancake batter to form circles.
  • Cook until pancakes puff up and then flatten slightly.
