  • 125 grams smooth peanut butter plus extra for drizzling
  • 125 grams icing sugar or powdered sugar
  • 180 grams block of dark chocolate (50-70% cocoa) or semi-sweet chocolate broken into pieces

How to Make Easy Peanut Butter Balls

  • Line a large baking tray or cookie sheet with baking or parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add butter and peanut butter. Mix using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Add sugar and mix to form a soft dough. Portion out peanut butter mixture and roll into balls. Place on the prepared tray.
  • Freeze the balls for 10 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, shake off excess, and place on a tray. Allow to set in the fridge.
  • Drizzle extra peanut butter over the truffles for the finishing touch.

Notes

For added fun, roll the finished balls in chopped nuts or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
