125gramsicing sugar or powdered sugar
180gramsblock of dark chocolate (50-70% cocoa) or semi-sweet chocolatebroken into pieces
Instructions
How to Make Easy Peanut Butter Balls
Line a large baking tray or cookie sheet with baking or parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add butter and peanut butter. Mix using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add sugar and mix to form a soft dough. Portion out peanut butter mixture and roll into balls. Place on the prepared tray.
Freeze the balls for 10 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, shake off excess, and place on a tray. Allow to set in the fridge.
Drizzle extra peanut butter over the truffles for the finishing touch.
