Instructions
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Stir in the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and if desired, the bell peppers and onions.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Baking
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served warm. Can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
