Instructions
Preparation
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown.
Toast the bread slices in a separate pan until golden.
Assembly
Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each toasted bread slice.
Add sautéed mushrooms on top of two slices of cheese-covered bread.
