Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, blackberries, grapes, and chopped pecans.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, ground cinnamon, and olive oil until well combined.
  • Drizzle the cinnamon-orange dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter salad, adjust the amount of honey to your taste. Keep the dressing separate until just before serving if preparing ahead.
