Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
  • In another bowl, mix together the egg yolks, cottage cheese, cream of tartar, honey (if using), and salt.
  • Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture until well incorporated.

Baking
