  • Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed to avoid a sugar cloud.

  • Gradually pour in the heavy cream, adjusting the amount until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and beat for 3-5 minutes until the frosting is light and fluffy.
  • If necessary, add more powdered sugar or cream to adjust the consistency to your preference.

Notes
