  • 6 cups corn flakes Crushed
  • 0.5 cup butter Salted
  • 2.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 32 oz vanilla ice cream

Toppings

  • Honey or caramel sauce
  • Chocolate fudge sauce
  • Whipped cream
  • Cherries (fresh or maraschino)

Instructions

  • Crush the cornflakes until coarse using a freezer bag and rolling pin or a food processor.
  • Melt butter in a pan, add crushed cornflakes and cinnamon, cook until golden brown, then let it cool.
  • Shape ice cream into balls, coat with corn flake topping, freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Drizzle with honey/caramel, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and top with cherries before serving.
