Ingredients

For the Parfaits

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt Greek yogurt provides more protein.
  • 2 cups Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Feel free to mix seasonal fruits.
  • 1 cup Granola Use low-carb granola if preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup Optional for added sweetness.

Instructions

Assembly

  • In a glass or bowl, layer a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of fresh berries.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola on top.
  • Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate to enjoy later.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. To maintain granola crunchiness, store it separately and add before serving.
