Fruit Salad for a Crowd

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2.5 lb cantaloupe (one small one or half a large one)
  • 10 oz blueberries Fresh, washed
  • 14 oz whole strawberries Fresh, stems removed
  • 10 oz grapes (red or green) Fresh, washed
  • 3 large kiwi Peeled and sliced

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash the berries and grapes in a large colander with cool water. Set aside to drain.
  • Cut the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds. Cut into quarters and then into bite-sized pieces.
  • Peel the kiwi and cut into 1/4 inch slices, then into quarters. Add to the bowl with the cantaloupe.
  • Once the berries and grapes are dry, add the blueberries to the bowl. Remove grapes from stems and include in the mix.
  • Remove stems from strawberries, quarter them, and add to the bowl.
  • Gently toss all the fruits together and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Serve in a large glass bowl or individual cups. Garnish with fresh mint and offer yogurt or whipped cream on the side. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
