Ingredients

Fresh Fruits

  • 1 lb red or green grapes (about 3 cups) Can use a mix of both types.
  • 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple Fresh pineapple recommended for best taste.
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced (about 2 cups) Slice strawberries for better mixing.
  • 6 oz fresh blueberries (about 1 cup) Use fresh blueberries for optimal freshness.
  • 6 oz fresh blackberries (about 1½ cups) Blackberries add a nice tartness.
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced Peel and slice kiwi for easier consumption.

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp lime zest Zest from 1 lime.
  • 1.5 tbsp lime juice Fresh lime juice preferred.
  • 2 tbsp honey Use local honey for best flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash and dry all fruits well.
  • Chop the pineapple, slice the strawberries, and peel and slice the kiwi.

Mixing

  • In a large serving bowl, combine all the fruits.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime zest, lime juice, and honey until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss everything together to ensure that the fruits are evenly coated.

Serving

  • Serve fresh and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within 24-48 hours to prevent sogginess. If prepped in advance, keep the dressing separate until just before serving. Use seasonal fruits for best flavor.
