  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz fettuccine or your favorite pasta Use any type of pasta you prefer.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated Parmesan melts better than pre-packaged.
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust garlic amount based on preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine with the chicken and sauce.

Serving

  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Best served warm. Can pair with a green salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
