For the Chicken
1lbboneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonsbutter
4clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
1/2teaspoonpaprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Pasta
8ozfettuccine or your favorite pasta
2tablespoonsbutter
2clovesgarlic, minced
1cupheavy cream
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheeseUse freshly grated for best taste
Instructions
Cooking the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until it’s fragrant.
Add the bite-sized chicken pieces along with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Preparing the Pasta
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once ready, drain and set aside.
In the same pot used for the pasta, melt the remaining butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
Add the drained pasta to the creamy sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Serving the Dish
Serve the creamy pasta topped with the garlic butter chicken bites. For an extra touch, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet on low heat, adding a splash of milk or cream if needed. Can be frozen, but the sauce texture may change.
