Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g noodles Any type of noodles can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons oil Vegetable or any cooking oil.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 green chilies, sliced Adjust based on desired spiciness.
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • to taste salt
  • spring onions for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Add garlic and green chilies; sauté until fragrant.
  • Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and chili sauce.
  • Toss everything well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt to taste and garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with sesame seeds or a wedge of lime. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
