Any type of noodles can be used.

oil
Vegetable or any cooking oil.

garlic, minced
2-3
green chilies, sliced
Adjust based on desired spiciness.

bell pepper, sliced

soy sauce

chili sauce
to taste

spring onions for garnish
Instructions
Preparation
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
Cooking
Add garlic and green chilies; sauté until fragrant.
Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and chili sauce.
Toss everything well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt to taste and garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with sesame seeds or a wedge of lime. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
