Serving Size 12 pieces

Ingredients

For the Cheeseburger Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Dough and Topping

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional) For garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Form this mixture into 12 small patties.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic, setting it aside for later use.
  • Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a circle. Place a beef patty in the center and top it with a sprinkle of both Parmesan and cheddar cheese.
  • Wrap the dough around the patty, sealing the edges tightly to avoid any leaks. Place the seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops of the bombs generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve them warm for the best flavor.

Notes

These bombs are best served warm, paired with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or BBQ. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
