1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese

For the Dough and Topping
1can (16 oz)refrigerated biscuit dough
1/4cupunsalted butter, melted
1tbspminced garlic

Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Form this mixture into 12 small patties.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic, setting it aside for later use.
Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a circle. Place a beef patty in the center and top it with a sprinkle of both Parmesan and cheddar cheese.
Wrap the dough around the patty, sealing the edges tightly to avoid any leaks. Place the seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the bombs generously with the garlic butter mixture.
