For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
3tbspunsalted butter

Instructions
Preparation
Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Making the Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add the whole milk and chicken broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Stir in the grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
Assembly
Spread a thin layer of the sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Take a lasagna noodle, place a few tablespoons of the chicken filling at one end, and roll it up tightly. Place the roll-up seam-side down in the dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
Pour the remaining sauce over the assembled roll-ups and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
Baking
Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
