  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Toss well until all shrimp are evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 10–12 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice, if using.
