  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Jasmine rice For serving
  • 2 cups Baby spinach For salad
  • 1 cup Radish Sliced
  • 3 tbsp Sesame dressing For salad

Instructions

Preparation

  • Stir-fry beef with sliced ginger, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a hot pan until cooked through.
  • Boil peeled carrots until soft, then mash with butter and honey.
  • Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  • Prepare a fresh salad with baby spinach, sliced radish, and sesame dressing to serve alongside.

Serving

  • Serve the dish hot, plating the stir-fried beef alongside a generous scoop of mashed carrots and a side of fluffy jasmine rice.
  • Drizzle extra soy sauce on the beef if desired.

Notes
