  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes Use ripe and juicy tomatoes for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives Pitted and halved.
  • 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese Quality feta enhances the dish.
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil Extra virgin olive oil preferred.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (optional) Sauté for additional flavor.
  • to taste Salt Add according to preference.
  • to taste Pepper Freshly ground black pepper is recommended.
  • for garnish Fresh basil or parsley (optional) Enhances presentation and flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. If using garlic, add it and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Add in the cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives, cooking until the tomatoes begin to burst.
  • Stir in the cooked pasta and crumbled feta cheese, mixing until everything is well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes
