  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) You can use flavored yogurt for extra taste.
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter) Swap for almond or sunflower seed butter for nut-free.
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup) Adjust sweetness to preference.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup oat flour (or almond flour) Add more if the dough is too sticky.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir until the mixture is smooth and well mixed.
  • Gradually add the oat flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  • If the dough is too sticky, add more oat flour, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Chill the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors and texture.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Freeze in portions for longer storage.
