  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  • Add ground turkey, cooking until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.

Baking

  • In a baking dish, combine the cooked turkey mixture with the diced sweet potatoes and zucchini.
  • Mix well and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted.

Serving

  • Serve warm, optionally topped with fresh herbs or accompanied by a salad.

Notes
