Ingredients

Pizza Base

  • 1 piece Pizza dough

Sauce and Cheese

  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese

Toppings

  • 6 slices Cooked bacon Chopped
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh or canned, well-drained

Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Evenly distribute cooked bacon and pineapple chunks on top of the cheese.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
